Sustainability is at the forefront of our every day;

25 years ago, PVA Hygiene was founded. Our goal was to provide effective, sustainable alternatives to traditional cleaning chemicals, that do not cost the earth. Helping to address issues that organisations and people face in the commercial cleaning industry such as a lack of storage, overdosing, transportation costs, heavy 5L containers and single-use plastic. Water soluble sachets provided the answer.

Sustainability is at the forefront of our every day; it drives our business as we strive for a brighter future for cleaning. The world is facing a global climate crisis, including an overwhelming amount of plastic pollution.

PVA Hygiene operates in Wrington, Bristol. We are the industry’s leading manufacturer of water-soluble sachets and place a lot of pride in our ability to innovate, to ensure we are providing the very best to our customers. Over the past 18 months we have been working tirelessly to bring the next generation of water-soluble sachets to the market. We can proudly say that PVA Hygiene now manufacturers both PVOH and Paper sachets.

At PVA Hygiene we believe that cleaning should not come at the cost of our planet. We enable businesses to eliminate single-use plastic and significantly reduce their carbon emissions in transportation, while maintaining a high standard of professional cleaning. Our innovative products are designed to tackle all industries’ cleaning challenges without harming the environment.

We are an award-winning business, having just won the ‘Environmental Achievement’ award at the Somerset Business awards. Our accreditations include ISO14001 ensuring our business’ environmental management system and ISO9001 which acknowledges our production and high-quality management. Proudly, we are members of the CHSA and Made in Britain. All of our products are registered with the Vegan Society.

Investing in the local community is something we are incredibly passionate about, which is why our employees all come from our local area. We also support a range of charities; Make it Wild tree planting initiative; local charity, Help Bristol’s Homeless; local charity, Time is Precious who support children with long-term illness; and local, grassroots sporting club, Wells and Horrington Cricket Club.

Our products include everything from Multi-Purpose surface cleaners to Foaming Hand Wash, to Floor Degreasers. Our best seller is our thickened Toilet Cleaner which is a powerful and green alternative to bleach. Our products are scientifically formulated by our own industry leading, expert chemist in our laboratory on site in Wrington. All of our products are both effective and safe, so you can be sure that your environment is clean and hygienic while making commercial choices with the planet in mind.
