Our Business and Supply Chain

PVA Hygiene Solutions is a leading provider of cleaning and sanitation products. Our supply chain includes manufacturers, distributors, and service providers who support our mission to deliver high-quality cleaning solutions to our clients. As our supply chain consists of mostly UK based businesses, PVA Hygiene operates in a low-risk environment, however, we take a zero tolerance stance on issues relating to modern slavery and look to ensure that robust procedures and policies are in place.

Our Policies

We have implemented a comprehensive set of policies to combat modern slavery and human trafficking:

1. Employee Code of Conduct: Our Code of Conduct explicitly prohibits all forms of forced labour, child labour, and human trafficking. All employees are checked to ensure they are of legal working age and lawfully eligible to work in the UK.
2. Supplier Code of Conduct: We expect our suppliers to share our commitment to human rights and ethical business practices. Our Supplier Code of Conduct outlines the standards we require, including the prohibition of modern slavery and human trafficking. Regular site visits, particularly to our partnered manufacturers, are carried out to ensure compliance,
3. Whistleblower Policy: We encourage employees and suppliers to report any concerns related to modern slavery or human trafficking. Reports can be made anonymously, and we guarantee protection against retaliation for whistleblowers.

Due Diligence Processes

To identify and mitigate risks of modern slavery within our business and supply chain, we have implemented the following due diligence processes:
